Questions worth asking
Do I need an internet connection?
No. Every conversion runs on your phone and works in aeroplane mode — no file, file name or file content ever leaves the device. Three optional pieces do contact Google when they can: the text-recognition model downloads once the first time you use OCR, the interface font is fetched on first launch, and the “rate this app” prompt is served by Google Play. None of them carry anything about your files, and with no connection the app simply skips them.
Which formats can it not produce?
It writes MP4 for video and MP3, M4A, WAV or OGG for audio. It happily reads MKV, WebM, AV1, FLAC and OPUS, and will pull the audio track out of them, but it cannot write those containers — that needs an encoder the app does not ship. AAC and 3GP are not supported in either direction. On the image and document side there is no such gap.

Yes. Every conversion is free, with no limit, no adverts and no account to create.
Can I merge several PDFs into one?
Yes. Pick the files you want, put them in the order you need, and the app writes them out as a single document.
Which Android versions are supported?
Android 7.0 and newer. Video work uses the phone's own hardware encoder, so speed depends mostly on the device.
Where do the converted files end up?
In your Downloads folder by default, ready to share from any app. You can also pick a different location through the system file picker when you save.
Who makes it?
Convert 'Em All is built and maintained by Vittorio Vesco, an independent Android developer in Turin working solo under the name The Yellow Apps. Bug reports go straight to the person who writes the code.
